Personal Training

ONYX Personal training is comprised of 4-Tiers, based on your experience and fitness level. Each tier includes some of the industry’s most talented and committed personal trainers.

Your goals, fitness level, schedule and medical history are all big part of the equation. As you progress, your package will progress too. Throughout your transformation, you’ll get a roadmap that bring results.

ONYX Personal Trainers will be there with you every step of the way. Whether your goals are to gain muscle tone, tone and shape your body, or weight loss/management, ONYX will help motivate you to gain the results you expect.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training sessions are led by ONYX certified personal trainers and class instructors and each session focuses on a specialized format such as strength training, endurance, or core. … A variety of Small Group Training sessions are offered at ONYX Health Club 24/7 in Parma.

Core & Booty:  Create an hourglass figure with this ab chiseling and glute toning workout. Using various equipment such as disc gliders, bosu balls, and body weight to help tone those trouble areas.

Yoga for Athletes: Whether you’re an athlete or weekend warrior, this class will help you with strengthening all muscle groups and build better balance and flexibility. A fast pace yoga class that will help strengthen and create flexibility for the whole body.

Vinyas Flow Yoga: Vinyasa yoga connects breath and movement, flowing through a sequence of poses to lengthen and strengthen muscles.

Gentle Yoga: Gentle yoga is a relaxed class, focusing on poses with mindful slow transitions. A chair, block, strap, and/or the wall are used to assist, deepen and support each yoga pose. Transitions are slow and mindful. This class is suitable for all levels.

Vin & Yin: Vin and Yin Yoga is a combination of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. The first part of class is slow paced, flowing from pose to pose. The second part of class is a gentle stretching of the muscles, tendons, and ligaments, holding supported poses for 3 to 4 minutes. Vin and Yin is suitable for all levels.

Aerial Fitness: Elevate your workout, burn calories, and turn your workout routine upside down! Using a yoga hammock to challenge the whole body; especially the core, using pilates, yoga, and TRX techniques. Attire: avoid tank tops and shorts. Yoga pants and short-sleeved shirts are preferred. Grippy socks are optional otherwise bare feet. Absolutely no jewelry is to be worn to prevent injury and damaging equipment.

Aerial Yoga: Using a yoga hammock to suspend the body, open up the spine, and increase flexibility throughout the whole body. Attire: avoid tank tops and shorts. Yoga pants and short-sleeved shirts are preferred. Grippy socks are optional otherwise bare feet. Absolutely no jewelry is to be worn to prevent injury and damaging equipment.

Restorative Aerial Yoga: Increase your spine flexibility using an aerial yoga hammock. Suspended just a few inches off the floor, you will be able to open the hips and spine through varies movements. Please bring a yoga mat to use while in class. Absolutely no jewelry is to be worn to prevent injury and damaging equipment.

H.I.I.T: A full body cardio and toning workout using your body weight to gain strength through the whole body. A high intensity interval workout will allow you to push yourself to the max for 40 seconds before you move to the next workout technique.

BounceCamp: Bounce your way to a whole new body. Using the Bellicon trampolines, you will switch from cardio, strengthening, and balance techniques. Rebounding helps the muscles contract and stretch all from one bounce. With 70% impact absorbed within the trampoline, you will be able to tone the whole body with very little impact on the joints.

Pop Pilates: An incredible fusion of ab-chiseling, total body defining moves choreographed to your favorite music. This intense, mat-based workout for all levels challenges you to flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core and lean, strong muscles.

Strong by Zumba: Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. Different than the original Zumba workout, this class focuses on strength, kickboxing, and endurance (no hip shakers here!)

KettleBell Power: Uses heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into calorie-torching fun! Weights vary anywhere from 5-15 lbs, so the workout can be adjusted and moves modified to suit your individual needs.

Shine Dance Fitness:  Dance fitness class rooted in traditional dance such as jazz, hip-hop, and ballet. We take those foundational moves and create dance routines that are easy enough for beginners yet challenging enough for the more seasoned dancer. The simplicity of the routines allows you keep moving and do less thinking.
