Vin and Yin Yoga is a combination of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. The first part of class is slow paced, flowing from pose to pose. The second part of class is a gentle stretching of the muscles, tendons, and ligaments, holding supported poses for 3 to 4 minutes. Vin and Yin is suitable for all levels.
High intensity interval training group class will push your mind and body to the next level. H.I.I.T incorporates extreme fat burning and metabolic boosting workouts that will have you moving non-stop. Each H.I.I.T class is different and uses different equipment.
A full body cardio and toning workout using various weights and techniques to gain strength through the whole body. A high intensity interval workout which will allow you to push yourself to the max for 60 seconds before you move to the next workout technique. Every workout is different, keeping your body guessing!
Kangoo Jumps is a high-intensity, low impact cardio rebounding class utilizing special boots that absorb impact and strengthen and tone your entire body while reducing likelihood of joint damage. Increase your cardiorespiratory endurance, improve posture strength and balance, lose fat, reduce your chances of developing osteoporosis, stimulate your lymphatic system and boost immunity all while having fun exercising!!
