Aerial Fitness

ONYX Health Club 24/7’s Aerial Fitness will have you building strength, flexibility and endurance immediately. You will be heavily using your arms, torso, hips and core to hold your own body weight in suspension as you begin to learn from your group class instructor acrobatics in the air.   You will have fun during this group class and simultaneously get an amazing workout.

Whether you are a brand new beginner or intermediate, we tailor your skills that you learn to your ability and ensure there is someone who can help critique your progress during and after your group session.
